How do I start?

To get started with FanPoints you first need to decide whether you are a Loyalty Program or a Marketing Partner.

Do you have an existing community that you want to reward for their loyalty? Then you want to create a Loyalty Program.

Do you want to run marketing campaigns within communities of existing loyalty programs? Then you want to create a Marketing Partner.

Note: In many cases when you are creating a Loyalty Program you will also want to create a Marketing Partner to connect your existing sales channels to FanPoints.
