Achievements

This module allows you to define and manage achievements. Your users can reach achievements through their engagement in the Loyalty Program and receive rewards for it.

What is an achievement?

An achievement is a reward that is given to a user for reaching a certain milestone in the engagement loop. It can be used to reward users for completing specific actions, achieving a certain level of engagement, or achieving a certain number of points.

How can I define achievements?

Achievements are defined in the admin console and consist of the following elements:

• Name and Description of the achievement.

• Triggers which be fulfilled for a user to reach the achievement.

• Rewards which a user receives when they reach the achievement.
