The marketplace module creates a marketplace for your Loyalty Program. Your Marketing Partners can offer products for the marketplace, and your community can obtain them using FanPoints. The marketplace module serves as a content moderation tool, allowing you to control the products available in the marketplace.

Who can contribute to the marketplace?

Any Marketing Partner who has an active partnership with your Loyalty Program can contribute to the marketplace.

Usually, you have to approve every product before it appears in the marketplace. However, you can enable automatic approval of products of specific Marketing Partners.

What types of products can be sold in the marketplace?

There are different types of products:

1. Products: Products are normal items that users can buy with FanPoints.

2. Experiences: With experiences, the partner can give users unique insights into their world.

3. Memorabilia: Memorabilia are rare items that allow users to access special memories.

What are the sale options for products?

Depending on the product, users can obtain it in different ways:

1. Buy: Users can buy the product with FanPoints.

2. Lottery: Users can buy tickets with FanPoints. The product will then be raffled off to one of the ticket holders.

3. Auction: Users can bid on Products with FanPoints. The product will then be sold to the highest bidder.
