Prizes

The Prizes Module allows you to create daily or weekly prizes for your community. The prizes are distributed randomly through lootboxes. It is a great way to incentivize your members to stay engaged and to keep them coming back for more.

The prizes are suggested and delivered by your Marketing Partners. You have to approve the prizes before they are distributed to your community.

Manage available prizes

You can manage your available prizes in the admin console:

Make sure that you have enough prizes available to distribute to your community. Otherwise, users will get a lot of empty lootboxes.

Who can contribute prizes?

Any Marketing Partner who has an active partnership with your Loyalty Program can contribute prizes:

Usually, you have to approve every prize before it appears in lootboxes. However, you can enable automatic approval of prizes of specific Marketing Partners.
