This module allows you to define and manage cashbacks in FanPoints.

What are FanPoints?

FanPoints is the core concept of FanPoints. It is a digital currency that can be used to purchase and sell products and services. It is normally rewarded to users as a form of cashback. It can then be used in our payment service providers to pay for products and services or directly in the FanPoints marketplace.

How can I offer my customers FanPoints?

The only requirement for you to offer FanPoints to a customer is that they are part of a Loyalty Program that has an active partnership with you.

You can offer FanPoints to users when they purchase something. You can record purchases in different ways:

1. You can record purchases manually by entering them in the dashboard. Click on the button FanPoints verteilen to do so.

2. You can use our POS app to register purchases directly in your store.

3. You can use our integrations to automatically register purchases.

4. You can give cashback to customers who are using the Fanpoints credit card.

How much does it cost to offer FanPoints?

When a user purchases something, you pay a commission.

You can define different commission rates. This allows you to adjust the commission rate based on the type of purchase.

How can I see recorded purchases?

You can see purchases in the Transaktionen tab. You can also undo purchases there.
