This module enables you to offer your products in marketplaces of Loyalty Programs.

How can users obtain my products?

You have various options for how users can purchase your products in marketplaces:

• Purchase: Users can buy the product with FanPoints.

• Lottery: Users can buy lottery tickets with FanPoints. The products are then raffled off among all the ticket holders.

How lotteries work

1. During the lottery, users can purchase tickets for a fixed ticket price that is set by you.
2. After the lottery, the tickets are randomly distributed among all the users who have purchased tickets. Users who have purchased more tickets will receive the product with a higher probability. The distribution happens automatically.
3. You can see the winners of the lotteries in the Produkte -> Distribution tab and deliver the products.

• Auction: Users can place bids with FanPoints. The product is then sold to the highest bidder.

How auctions work

1. During the auctions, users can place bids. A minimum bid is set by the you. Each new bid has to surpass the previous bid by a certain amount. The minimum increment is dependent on the current bid:

   Current Bid	Increment
   0 - 50.00 CHF	0.50 CHF
   50 - 500 CHF	1 CHF
   From 500 CHF	5 CHF

2. After the auction, the product is distributed to the highest bidder who has enough FanPoints. The distribution happens automatically.

3. You can see the winner of the auction in the Produkte -> Distribution tab and deliver the product.

Before the products are displayed in the marketplace, the sales channels created must be approved by the Loyalty Program.

To offer products, you must first create them in the products module. You can then create sales channels in the Verkaufen, Verlosen and Versteigern tabs:
