This module allows you to create exclusive products for communities of connected Loyalty Programs.

Where can my customers get my products?

You can sell your products to your customers using the offers module through the marketplace or give them away for free using the promotions module through lootboxes of the Loyalty Programs you have an active partnership with.

What kind of products can I create?

There are different types of products:

  1. Products: Products are normal items that users can buy with FanPoints.

  2. Experiences: With experiences, the partner can give users unique insights into their world.

  3. Memorabilia: Memorabilia are rare items that allow users to access special memories.

Where can I manage my products?

You can manage your products in the admin console by navigating to the Produkte tab.

Distribution of products

Once users have obtained your products, you are responsible for distributing them to them. You can view an inbox of obtained products in the Distribution tab. There, you can mark them as distributed or cancel them.
