Create promotions to incentivize your members to engage with your program. Promotions are products, discounts or services offered to members of communities for free.

What is a promotion?

A promotion consists of a product, a start date, an end date and a Loyalty Program. The product is distributed free of charge to users of the Loyalty Program via lootboxes during the period of the promotion.

How can I manage my promotions?

You can manage your promotions in the admin console by navigating to the Promotionen tab.
